Add a Printer from the Self-Service App
Go to Launchpad and open the Self-Service app.(or go to Application Folder)
In the Self-Service go to Printers from the left side menu and find the printer that you are looking to add your device and hit the Install button. (You can also find the printers and software online from Here)
How to turn on the Staples feature for a printer
Go to the System setting
In the Setting find Printers & Scanners, and click on the printer name that you need.
Click on the Options & Supplies...
click on the Options tab and click on the drop-down menu against Finisher
Select the Saddle Stitch Finisher and hit the OK
Done.
How to Use Staples feature
Go to the page you need to print. and hit the Print button (or press Command+P on
your keyboard) to see the Printer Setup dialog box.
Scroll down, click on Finishing under the Printer Options expand menu
You can choose the Saddle Stitch option for Stapling and hit the OK button.
if the feature is still grayed out you might need to restart your Macbook.
