  1. Open the PDF document you want to reorder pages in Preview.

    1. If Preview is not the default program. Right-click/two-finger click then click "Open With", select "Preview" from the list

  2. Click on the "Thumbnails" button in the toolbar. This will open the sidebar that displays thumbnails of all the pages in your document.

  3. Click and hold on to the thumbnail of the page you want to move.

  4. Drag the page to the new location in the thumbnail sidebar where you want it to be. A blue line will appear indicating where the page will be placed.

  5. Release the mouse button to drop the page into its new location.

  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for any other pages you want to move.

  7. Once you've finished reordering the pages, save the changes by clicking on "File" in the menu bar, and then clicking "Save"
