1. Open Teamviewer.dmg and then double-click on Install TeamViewer.

2. A security alert may appear - this will tell you the source of the download. Click Open to begin the installation process.

3) In order to proceed with the installation, please check the box I accept the EULA and the DPA and then Continue.

4) The setup file will now guide you through the installation process for TeamViewer. Follow the on-screen commands to begin the installation.

5) Enter the Computer's Administrator credentials in order to commence the installation.

6) Click Close once the setup file confirms a successful installation. TeamViewer will open automatically.

7. The following prompt appears the first time TeamViewer is open or any time when the permissions for the options have been revoked.

8. In the Review System Access prompt, select Request Access… for Accessibility. A new pop-up will appear, prompting to Open System Preferences.

9. This will automatically take you to the Accessibility permissions in Security & Privacy.

10. To edit permissions, click the padlock icon in the lower-left corner of the System Preferences window. When prompted, enter the Administrator password for the macOS device to allow editing of the permissions.

11. Once editing is allowed, the right side of the permissions will become editable. Check the box next to TeamViewer to grant access.

12. Repeat Steps 9-11 to complete the same for the 'Screen Recording' section.

Once done for both permissions, the remote user will have access and control of the macOS device. These settings will also remain for all future connections.
