If you find your webcam isn't working (in a zoom call or google meeting for example) then there is 2 easy steps you can take to try resolve this issue:

1. Click on the padlock on the left and side of the URL bar. Make sure the Camera slider has been switch to 'on' (slider will turn blue)

2. Also check your microphone settings in System Settings. Click the 'Apple Symbol' in the Mac Toolbar across the top of your screen

2. Select 'System Settings' from the menu.

3. Click 'Security & Privacy' then 'Camera'

4. Then make sure the tick-box next to Google Chrome is ticked.
