1. Click on 'Account' in the blue menu on the lefthand side of Canvas
2. Select 'Files' in the menu that pops up
3. If the % in the bottom left hand corner is above 100% - then files need to be deleted before others can be uploaded
4. To delete a file - Click the the vertical dots next to the file name and then select 'Delete'
