1. Click the 'Courses' icon in the blue menu on the lefthand side of Canvas

2. This will bring up a pop up menu. Scroll to the bottom of this menu and you will find a link called 'All Courses'. Click that link

3. You will now see all course that you are enrolled in or observing displayed here. Selecting the 'Stars' next to the course name will determine which course appear on your dashboard.
