If you find your built in webcam isn't working (in a zoom call or google meeting for example) then there is 2 easy steps you can take to try resolve this issue:

1. Click on the padlock on the left and side of the URL bar. Make sure the Camera slider has been switch to 'on' (slider will turn blue)

2. Also check your microphone settings in System Preferences.

Got to: System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Camera

Then make sure the tick-box next to Google Chrome is ticket. (To change the settings you may need to unlock the padlock in the bottom left of the window - this will be the computer/admin password)
