1. Open Chrome and click the “More” icon. This is the three vertically-stacked dots in the top-right.

2. Hover your mouse over “More Tools” then click “Clear browsing data.”

3. This will open up a pop up dialog box in a new Settings tab.

4. Change the "Time Range" Drop down Menu to "all time"

5. There is the 2 Tabs - 'Basic' and 'Advanced'. Make sure all check boxes are marked in both tabs except for 'Passwords and other sign in data' and 'Auto-fill form data'

6. Click or tap the “Clear data” button.
