1. Access your Box Of Books dashboard in Canvas

2. To communicate with BoB yourself use the HELP BUBBLE. It appears in the RIGHT-hand bottom corner of your screen

3. Click on the 'Send us a message' button to open the support chat

4. The Chat Bot called Roberta will start a conversation and give you options. If she can not find a resolution you will be able to send a message through explaining the issue to one of the Box of Books support officers

5. There is also Help Centre material available to you if you scroll further down in the help widget
