Have Notification emails not been reaching your inbox? Then follow the steps below

  1. Make your way to your Okta Dashboard by typing login.cem.com.au into the URL address bar in google Chrome.

  2. Scroll down the page until you see the heading 'IT Tools' and select 'Email Quarantine

  3. This will take you to an interface (as seen in the screenshot in Step 4). You may be required to sign into Okta again.

  4. Once in this new Interface check both Folders called 'Low Priority Mail - Quarantined' and 'Spam - Quarantined' by click on them. If Intercom notification emails have been quarantined they will appear here.

  5. Select the appropriate Quarantined emails by ticking the boxes then click then click release and allow sender

  6. This will release those emails into your inbox and whitelist the Intercom ('The Sender') for future notifications.
